Project Overview

Shenzhou International Vietnam Factory is a large-scale multinational intelligent manufacturing industrial park for knitted apparel production. The park covers an extensive area and includes multiple sewing workshops, warehousing and logistics facilities, comprehensive office buildings, employee living areas, main internal roads, outdoor storage yards, and other functional zones. With complex production routes, high equipment noise levels in workshops, and a large workforce, the factory has extremely high requirements for broadcasting systems in terms of zoning control, noise resistance, and stable operation. The system needs to support cross-regional production scheduling, shift schedule announcements, workshop notifications, fire safety evacuation, and overall industrial park management.

The project deployed a complete FLB IP Broadcasting System, relying on rack-mounted equipment including the F-8001 Network Decoder, pre-amplifier, and professional power amplifiers to precisely address the operational challenges of the textile factory area:

1. Multi-Area Independent Zoning Control: Based on the IP digital architecture, the production workshops, warehouses, office areas, staff dormitories, and internal factory roads are divided into independent zones. Production announcements in workshops, schedule music in living areas, and office notifications can be played separately without interference, avoiding large-scale broadcasting noise across the factory area and minimizing the impact on production line operations.

2. High-Definition Sound Reinforcement for Noisy Workshops: Designed for high-noise environments with densely operating textile sewing machines, the system is equipped with appropriately matched power amplifiers to enhance voice penetration and ensure that workshop workers can clearly receive production schedules, quality inspection notices, and temporary dispatch instructions.

3. All-Time Scheduled Automated Broadcasting: The broadcasting system supports preset scheduling programs to automatically execute shift start and end bells, lunch break reminders, and factory operation schedule announcements. No repeated manual operation is required, making it suitable for standardized shift management in factory production lines.

4. Full-Area Fire Emergency Linkage Broadcasting: The system can integrate with the factory’s fire alarm system. In the event of a fire or emergency, zoned or full-area emergency broadcasting can be activated with one click. Evacuation routes are announced by levels, with different broadcasting priorities assigned to production workshops and dormitory areas, ensuring that thousands of employees can evacuate quickly and orderly.

5. Standardized Rack-Mounted Centralized Operation and Maintenance: Network decoders, pre-amplifiers, multiple power amplifiers, and power sequencers are neatly installed in standardized racks, with all equipment centrally managed in the equipment room. Operation and maintenance personnel can remotely monitor equipment status, making inspection and maintenance more convenient even with distributed audio points across the factory area. The complete system is shipped with original standardized factory packaging, ensuring stable hardware quality and reliable long-term operation in Vietnam’s hot, rainy, and humid outdoor climate.

The complete FLB IP Broadcasting System fully covers all functional areas of the Vietnam industrial park, providing stable support for daily park operations. Production workshops can achieve targeted production announcements with clear voice transmission even in noisy environments. Living areas receive scheduled music programs to facilitate employee schedule management. In the event of emergencies, the system quickly delivers emergency voice announcements, strengthening the factory’s safety production protection. Equipment rack wiring is neatly organized, making operation and maintenance simple and efficient. The hardware features strong resistance to humidity and heat with a low failure rate, making it suitable for Vietnam’s tropical climate. The system supports flexible expansion to meet the future factory expansion needs of the Shenzhou industrial park, building an efficient and reliable full-area voice dispatch system for large overseas textile industrial parks.
