LG New Energy Nanjing Base is a large-scale intelligent manufacturing industrial park for power batteries. The plant covers a vast area and is divided into multiple functional zones, including production workshops, warehousing and logistics areas, office complex buildings, park roads, and logistics living areas. The plant features open spaces and complex building structures, with high noise levels from production equipment and scattered functional zones, imposing stringent requirements on public voice dispatching, zoned broadcasting, and emergency warning systems.
This project deploys a complete set of FLB IP network broadcasting equipment to specifically address the shortcomings of the plant's broadcasting system:
1. Zoned independent control: Leveraging the IP digital architecture, it enables independent or combined broadcasting in any designated area, such as workshops, office buildings, and warehouses, without mutual interference, meeting the needs for zoned broadcasting of production notices and administrative announcements;
2. Clear sound reinforcement in noisy environments: Equipped with professional network audio terminals, it enhances voice clarity in noisy production environments, ensuring effective transmission of instructions;
3. Daily broadcasting + emergency linkage: It integrates functions such as daily background music, shift bell ringing, and scheduled announcements. In case of emergency, it can activate the entire facility's emergency broadcasting system with one click to issue evacuation and warning notifications;
4. Centralized equipment room management: All amplifiers and main units are uniformly deployed in server racks. Operation and maintenance personnel can complete status monitoring and program scheduling for all broadcasting equipment from the central control room, simplifying post-deployment maintenance.
The complete IP network broadcasting system has been stably put into operation, achieving digital voice coverage across the entire park. On a daily basis, it can systematically deliver shift bells, production scheduling notices, and safety education audio; in case of emergencies, it can rapidly carry out emergency voice guidance. The system architecture features strong scalability, allowing flexible addition of terminal points as the plant expands. The integrated equipment room layout is neat and standardized, fully meeting the broadcasting and communication needs for the long-term operation of a modern intelligent manufacturing factory.
