Project Overview

Hangzhou Yucai Dongpo Middle School is a high-quality modern public middle school. The campus includes regular teaching buildings, a multi-function auditorium, sports fields, corridors, and public areas. The school needs to support multiple application scenarios, including daily teaching management, large-scale meetings, cultural performances, campus assemblies, and fire emergency evacuation. The auditorium hosts activities such as open classes, academic seminars, and evening performances, placing strict requirements on broadcasting sound quality, zone-based scheduling, system stability, and multi-scenario adaptability.

This project is fully equipped with FLB IP Network Broadcasting Equipment, precisely addressing the multi-functional application requirements of middle school teaching and auditorium scenarios:

1. Fine-Grained Independent Zone Control: Relying on the F-8000 Network Broadcasting Host, the classrooms, sports field, auditorium, and campus roads are divided into independent zones. Listening exercises during classes, school bells, sports field assemblies, and auditorium performances can be played separately without interfering with each other.

2. Professional Audio Reinforcement for the Auditorium: The auditorium is equipped with ceiling speakers and professional stage audio equipment, supporting various applications such as speeches, cultural performances, and open class amplification. It delivers full and clear vocals with even sound coverage throughout the hall, meeting the high-quality audio requirements of large indoor events.

3. Full-Function Equipment Integration and Management: The equipment room racks are fully configured with an IP main controller, sequential power supply, pre-amplifier, professional power amplifiers, and audio processing equipment, together with rack monitoring speakers. Operation and maintenance personnel can monitor playback audio from all zones in real time. The equipment is arranged in a structured layered layout with clear and organized wiring.

4. Dual Protection with Scheduled Teaching Management and Fire Emergency Response: The main controller can preset the full academic year schedule and automatically execute school bells, eye exercise reminders, and scheduled playback of inter-class music. It supports fire alarm signal linkage, enabling one-click switching to emergency broadcasting in the event of fires or other hazards, with evacuation guidance delivered by levels and zones.

5. Multi-Device Compatibility and Expansion: The entire system supports integration with external devices such as mixers and microphones. The auditorium can independently control audio sources, allowing flexible switching between daily teaching and stage performance audio modes to meet the diverse cultural and sports activities on campus.

The entire system has been stably deployed and fully covers all functional areas of the campus. Daily teaching activities are supported by scheduled broadcasting, enabling standardized management of campus routines. When the auditorium hosts academic meetings, teaching seminars, and cultural performances, the audio system provides even sound coverage and clear, transparent audio quality, ensuring the smooth operation of various large-scale events. All core equipment is centrally installed in standardized racks for convenient inspection and maintenance. The system supports flexible expansion of terminal points according to future campus renovation and development needs, meeting the three core requirements of daily teaching operations, campus cultural activities, and fire safety evacuation, making it suitable for long-term use in middle school environments.

FLB has been deeply engaged in comprehensive public broadcasting solutions for the education sector, precisely adapting to various scenarios including daily teaching in primary and secondary schools, auditorium performances, campus activities, and security emergency response. Relying on complete standardized broadcasting hardware, the solution integrates scheduled automated management, professional high-fidelity audio reinforcement, and hierarchical emergency dispatch capabilities. It provides campuses with a digital audio system featuring easy maintenance, multifunctionality, and high stability, helping local schools in Hangzhou upgrade their smart campus construction.
