Project Overview

Hangzhou Safari Park is a leading comprehensive wildlife-themed park in East China. Covering a vast area, the park is divided into multiple functional zones, including the drive-through safari area, walking animal exhibition area, parent-child interactive amusement park, visitor service center, main park roads, animal conservation facilities, entrance and exit plazas, and other areas.

The park has highly differentiated requirements for the broadcasting system:

1.Large-scale, long-distance zoned broadcasting, allowing independent playback of background music and animal science explanations in different areas such as the predator zone, walking area, parking lot, and main entrance plaza; 2.Emergency fire linkage, enabling one-click audio source cutoff during emergencies and broadcasting safety evacuation instructions throughout the entire park or in specific zones; 3.Stable and continuous 24/7 operation, with durable and interference-resistant equipment suitable for outdoor high and low temperature and humid environments; 4.Unified centralized management through the front-end equipment room, with simple maintenance, clear and transparent sound quality, and noise-free voice broadcasting.

The stacked equipment shown in the image is the FLB F-8100 integrated IP network power amplifier, which is the core terminal device of this zoo project. It is designed for large-scale cultural tourism park broadcasting scenarios:

1.The unit adopts a standard 1U rack-mount design and supports multi-unit stacked cabinet installation. As shown in the image, multiple F-8100 units are arranged in the centralized equipment room. Each device integrates IP network decoding, pre-audio source adjustment, and power amplification functions, eliminating the need for an additional front-end host and greatly simplifying equipment room wiring and the number of devices. 2.The unit is equipped with multiple independent volume control knobs, allowing separate adjustment of microphone input, line background music, and each zone output volume. Park operation and maintenance personnel can flexibly adjust the volume levels of animal science explanations and soothing background music, avoiding issues such as excessive volume disturbing animals in the predator exhibition area or insufficient voice volume at the main entrance plaza. 3.Equipped with a microphone interface, audio line inputs, and a digital display screen, the device supports scheduled automatic playback of park opening/closing announcements and animal science audio content. It also allows temporary manual announcements through a local microphone for lost-and-found notices and visitor notifications, meeting both automatic scheduled playback and temporary manual paging requirements. 4.Built-in fire alarm linkage interfaces allow integration with the park’s fire control system. In the event of a fire alarm, the system automatically cuts off background music and forcibly broadcasts emergency evacuation voice messages, meeting the fire safety acceptance standards for cultural tourism attractions. 5.Industrial-grade circuit design with stable heat dissipation supports 7×24-hour continuous operation. It is suitable for the long-term operation of the zoo’s equipment room, outdoor wiring environments with large temperature variations, and high humidity conditions, providing a low failure rate and reducing subsequent maintenance costs. 6.Relying on the park’s existing LAN cabling, digital audio signals can be transmitted over long distances without attenuation. Even if the drive-through area or deep-mountain animal facilities are hundreds of meters away from the equipment room, the system can ensure clear and full voice broadcasting, enabling independent point-to-point broadcasting for any zone as well as unified broadcasting throughout the entire park.
